To the extent that you are required to compensate one of the IFC`s compensation, you cannot count or admit a fault on the part of the IFC without the prior written consent of the IFC. Without limitation of the above, or all IfC`s compensation can decide at their own expense for any legal placement. The relationship between the parties to this agreement is not and is not intended to establish an association, partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between the parties. You agree not to support yourself as an agent, partner, legal representative, joint venture partner, partner, employee or IFC compensation agent in any capacity. d. Data transmission to third-party partners: We may establish one or more strategic partnerships or other business relationships with third parties to improve, improve or expand the services we enable through the platform or using third-party software and platforms. At the request of these third parties, we may share (i) an agent`s name and account number and (ii) all non-personal data and statistics we collect regarding an agent`s participation, performance, location, time or feedback regarding services, including, but not limited to, the data needed to complete tasks , metrics of participation between different platforms and opportunities, conservation rates and all the aggregate statistics and knowledge needed to measure or track the value of these strategic partnerships or other business relationships.
